All client information, business data, and login credentials shared with us are kept strictly confidential and are used only for the execution of agreed services.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all final deliverables created by GrowBhai (e.g., designs, videos, ad creatives) become the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase work for portfolio and case studies unless specifically requested not to.

- Platform bans or rejections due to client-side issues

- Business or revenue loss arising from service performance beyond our control
